Hi gang. I made a repaint based on Crazy Horse but with some significant edits. Chek out these screenies. It's just a 1024 skin so sorry if you like the HD versions. ;)
 
Bodney for sure but I liked the North-picken-sumthin-sumthin airbase next door with all the cool taxiways. Easier on the main wheels landings too.

it's repaint for crazyhorse right now. I'll be at Limerock this weekend so I'm not sure if I can get a stand alone built before then.
 
Do you guys want a stand alone or is the skin enough to work with? I dont' really feel like fussing with the stand alone.

Not mine. I lightened the blue paint and used a bit higher res. Anyone feel like doing the stand alone?
 
It ain't mine--yes the blue's a bit too dark, and it may just date WAY back to a series of Blu-nozes from the dusty distant eons....:kilroy:......---can someone claim it?:applause:

I went ahead and built a stand alone. Luckily everything went without a hitch. Check out these screenies to see my last edits. Invasion stripes onlly on bottom as well as flight stripes. I added red paint where it clearly should be. Anybody know if this was his last one or if the cartoon font one with the barber poll and lots o' red paint was his last? Story goes, he was shot down by friendly AA and did not survive. Is "3rd" his last or what? Anyway, I like this paint since it was closer to Crazy Horse, at least it was supposed to be when I started. :icon_lol: I had to repaint the aluminum and reflective skins so it was difficult. Not sure he ever saw a Dora but it's fun to tangle with. Check uploads soon for zip file.
