Hi all,

On French airfields the airplanes were protected by braided faggots :

But if you have better (faggots), I am interested.

Hi Andre, great idea as usual!.I guess it translates as woven fencing..Do you have any original photos?

I think that you should have the prize for most original mods at the moment! Please keep them coming.

Hi Clive, thanks.

I translated "fascines = faggots with ground" by "faggots" but you are certainly right.

Sounds like school food again. Unless you're American.

Fantastic idea, Andre!

Thanks Nigel, so sorry for my english but woven fencing is not a protection for plane.:adoration:
I have no idea for this.

Pardon my off-beat British humour, but good job! :applause:

Not at all, hairyspin, I like British humour but I don't understand all words.
Every peaple have his words (rain cats and dogs or bloody weather, when I went London in 1965 and 1966 in a British family, remenber :biggrin-new:)

In some parts of Britain faggots are a delicacy or local speciality and regarded in the same way as tête de veau: some like 'em and some don't.
