No it was always payware under the flight1 wrapper system ; I don't recall it ever being a free downloadTtfnPete

Thanks hschuit but I was thinking of the Shackleton MK3 from Shackleton Project had been available at the now defunct Britsim site or http://www.shackletonproject.co.za/, also now defunct. I did get the Mk2 of Paul's and added a VC. It works nice as well.
