Seriously, though, is this every aircraft? Do the gear and flaps work visually but not practically? Have you added or subtracted anything from the sim lately? Do they work if you use keyboard commands instead of mouse or joystick? Some more detail about the problem will help us help.

check your key assignments first and make sure they are still bound correctly.
