Building a simulator for Combat flite sim 3

This post is basically to ask anyone who knows anything about combat flite sim about how you would go about making a actual simulator for it. I'm sure I wont be the first to do it so if anyone has built one or anyone you know has built one then please help me, I only need help with the technical stuff of CFS3 since my dad build sims for a living from x-plane.
