Building a superbase capacity problem

Hi,
I am rebuilding Espiritu Santo base in the south pacific,as you all know this was a very important hub for supplies and the default base is just plain miserable and bare.Doing some basic research i see that there was an important Pt boat base there as well. The problem that i am facing is that i have hardly finished placing palm trees round the perimeter and i am already getting the no more space left message!!!! I need a lot more space.I am going to build a harbour,pt boat base, airstrips, barracks, etc etc. so how do i go about expanding the space alocated for GOBS ??

Dog1,

Can you build the base in stages? I often build the infrastructre a little bit at a time and save to the GSL at each stage. I then finish a base by adding the trees as the last stage. I've never run out of memory doing it that way.

cont

you mean build, save the layout, install it as gsl .Bring out the layout again and expand it and repeat?

Yes.

1. Build a portion of the base
2. Save it to the GSL
3. Close out of the mission and then reload the mission to confirm the GSL objects
4. Add the new infrastructure and then save again to the GSL
5. Repeat the process until your base is built.
