C-130 Sounds?

Guys i recently downloaded Alphasims C-130 packs, but it aliases default sounds, any of you suggest a good sound pack (my ears are finely tuned to C-130 noise, flying to and from hotspots)

Mike Hambly has a set of C-130 sounds. BA_C130.zip on Flightsim.com. They aren't 100 percent spot on, but they are pretty close to what I have been hearing almost every day for the last 10years or so.....the 179th Air Lift Wing, which is stationed at KMFD, Mansfield Lahm Regional, has C-130H Hercs and I have seen and heard these planes nearly every day since I moved to town 10 years ago. They are losing their Hercs this year and will be getting the C-21...a militarized Lear business jet. In 2013, the C-21 will leave and be replaced by brand new C-27J Spartans.

C-27J i know well, it's one of my favourites, and thank for the pointer Obio...

C-27J i know well because i spent my free-time in Greece, and go watch the things, even had a ride on 1, much quieter than inside the C-130 Blender...:jump:

i also like Mike Hambly's C130 sounds, i have the captain sim C130 but prefer Mike's sounds to the ones that came with the CS package,
cheers ian

The sound pack from the KBT P-3 is what I have used over the years. The C-130,P-3 and E-2 all use the Allison T-56 engine. The Convair CV-580 and Lockheed Electra were also out fitted with the T-56 as well.

Having some time in the P-3 community I can say that this is as close to the real T-56's I have heard without being on the flight line giving signals.

Hi,

The sound pack from the KBT P-3
I like it also despite it's some problems with it on my install ...
When the point of view is fixed sounds are perfects
In flyby or when I changes the point of view the sound give unpleasant distortions (not like the Doppler effect)
Maybe it is my settings but only this sound package gives me such problems.
