I see a few things going on there.
The road appears to be at an elevation above the level of the runway, seems an odd arrangement to me.
Standing directly beneath the approach path is not really the wisest of decisions, but the gene pool has to be filtered in some fashion.
The pilot said she could not see the end of the runway? I think I see threshold stripes at 20 seconds into the video and are those PAPI lights visible at the 23 second mark?
