Looks like a splash of pumpkin soup! Then again it could be a splash of the dutch orange.

During takeoff a guy with 2 big buckets of orange paint stepped onto the runway....smack!

Clearly someone left a tin of paint on the runway one day... TBH, I love it, most GA schemes are so dreadfully dull...
