CAC-13 Install Question

While searching through my many cd/dvd's this aircraft pops up. It's a CAC-13 Boomerang from AH. I think it was payware . Have a problem in that there is a file called CAC-13 gauges. Where does this file go? Dose it go into the CAC-13 Shared file ? No install directions and don't know if it's even still available. Any help would be welcome...
 
Hi Sixstrings,

you can place the texture into any folder inside the game aircraft folder. shared files, the plane folder etc. the game will see the file no matter where you put it inside the main aircraft folder.

The content of this folder is : ah_spit1_guages.dds ,Boom_gauges1.dds ,Boom_Gauges2.dds .
I putted the folder containing these files in the aircraft> shared folder.

Any chance you still have the CAC-13 Boomerang for CFS3 file? I'd be grateful if you would post the file, bad panel and all. Thanks.
 
Hi dcb337,

There's two version of the AH CAC-13 aircraft available in the freeware Rising Sun addon for CFS3. The guys over AH were gracious enough to let us use their model. it has been revamped a bit, fixed a few issues and had additional weapons placed into it to allow for close support ground missions using smoke etc.

if you PM me a an email address I'll send over the files for that particular version if you don't have access to the Rising Sun addon for whatever reason.
