You take care of the "Future Stuff" and I'll handle the Vintage planes! I'll try it later today, looks like fun! (See you soon). :ernae::ernae:

Best, Paul

i love this stuff, ( humming thundirds theme ...)
if you could make us a spaceflight module controlling body velocities via gauge above 400k.
I would love to put it in thunderbird 3 (hint , nudge nudge)

Now this is an all time classic!

Many thanks to the maker!

Hope other Thunderbirds classics will appear for FSX as well (including that pink monster on wheels from miss Penelope, LOL)!

We could use some more Star Wars vehicles as well, with the Millenium Falcon high on my whish-list!

Hey Paul,

Less then 4 months and counting down :)

Libardo and I had a great time (and many sleepless night) making this.
My favorite gimmick: the animation of the landing lights at night, when they are extended/retracted.
Although I've seen some screenshots of a user on flightsim.com, showing internal stuff in the VC I never knew Libardo had created.... Great (but I'm getting sentimental here ..LoL)

:icon29: (Grolsch, of course)

Rob

Thunderbirds is still showing on one of the new digital channels here in Oz early in the weekend.

Thought it would be cool to have one of them planes in FSX.

Now we do.

All we need now is the scenery for the IR island :) .

Well done Rob :applause:

You have no idea how many Thunderbirds videos I sat through with my son!!!

Cheers

Paul

Been flying the first version in Fs9 for some time; it's really well done, both in the model and the FD department! :ernae:

Wheeee!

What fun this plane is.

Going through the sound barrier there is a nice pressure effect on the nose cone and a nice big bang.

Open the pod doors and there is some Thunderbirds music as the driller comes out.

Toggle the tail hook and the driller digs into the ground leaving clumps of dirt all over the place.

Not sure why, but the VC is totally unclickable. . .is that correct? I tried both the pilot view and the VC view and it made no difference. . .nothing is accessible.

Correct..As noted in the README :).
Not sure though why Libardo couldn't get this to work.

Re the non clickable VC.

If you move your eyepoint forward a bit it will take you out of the pilot's head and the VC will become clickable.

The problem is your eyepoint is inside the pilot head and the polygons in the pilot head are blocking the clickspots. Even though the polys in the head are pointing out (so you don't see them in the default view) they are still there blocking the clickspots.

Librado could fix this by removing the pilot head and just leaving the torso and legs there in the VC. Most VC's don't have a pilot model so it usually isn't a problem.

Great comment ...And very true..

Thanks; I'll pass it on

i seem to be having some problems with this . It seems to not have enough power to take off. In the screenshots it shows landing legs, how to get them to work .Actually the only thing I can get to work is taxi and lights . I installed the latest version of fupc??? and checked my flight stick .
