Allen submitted a new resource:

Campaign SDK for CFS3.zip - Campaign SDK for CFS3.zip

This is the official Microsoft Campaign SDK. It is a Word document which explains what a lot of the sections in a campaign.xml file do. Unfortunately it is not comprehesive and a bit of guesswork is still involved, looking at how other campaign files do it.

Nevertheless this SDK is a big help when you want to write a new campaign for CFS3.
