Campaign time advance

Oh dear - my brain is getting old...

I could swear, that in P2 i´ve been able to advance the time forward being in the campaign menu. But I just can´t remember, how I did it...

Is there the same option in P3 and how can I use it?

P.S.: I´m NOT looking for the time accelaration during flight...

There is a button in Workshops that allows this. Once it is turned on in Workshops, there is a button near Go to Field that advances time.
