Campaigns

To All,

At the moment, I know there are 4 campaigns in game.

I have 2 questions:

1) I flew mission 3 last night for the RAF and after that, I advanced to mission 4 but decided I was too tired to fly anymore.
When I went back to look at my completed missions, it showed only 2 (for some reason I lost #3)
How do I prevent this from happening in the future?
(I spent over 50 minutes flying to save my life, got home crippled and landed only to lose it .... Arghhhhh) :dizzy:

2) Are there other campaigns that can be found for the game?
I am curious how they would be selected, as currently you use a radio button (whereas in CFS2 & IL2 there are drop-down menu selections)

Thanks!

Kris

sorry, i don't know much about missions and campaigns.
haven't flown one for many years.

although, if you go into the cfs missions folder,
find team.mi_ then rename it to team.mis
start the game, single missions, scroll down to
Combat Flight Sim Team Outing
you might find it interesting.

i did a quick search of the warbirds library,
found the BOB Campaign on this page;
http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=21

there use to be a bunch of cfs missions and campaigns at
avsim, flightsim and simviation
don't know it there still are.
many require addon aircraft and scenery.
i have some buried in my archives if you're interested.

just did another quick search.
are you a flightsim member?
if so, go to advanced search,
http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=displayadvanced

select, Search only file section:combat flight simulator:missions
type, campaign in the all these words: box
click start search
there are 76 cfs campaigns to down load

that should keep you busy for a while.

good deal Dave,
i, actually, searched the free flight site first.
didn't see cfs missions or campaigns in the menu.

there it is, right below Tutorials!
blind as a bat, i guess.

I guess it is kind of buried down there But if I moved it now someone else would not find it.

Now getting back to the A20.....Did the keyboard cuffs show up yet?

Dave

no they haven't...still waiting.

i've been busy figuring out Data's screen issue.

you should understand that what i really need
is a pair of ear muffs,
so i can't hear the missus complaining
about me not getting anything done around here.
and, while you're at it, a set of those horse blinders,
so i can't see her scowling at me for the same reason.

got to head outside and pick up the morning's pruning.
