That I do not know. My guess would be the left side looking at him is the real picture.

The left side of the picture is definitely the real one. There are finer textures missing on the right. To me, the right kinda looks like orange peel vs. human pores. Plus the lighting doesn't look quite right.

Yep, difference in tone and texture, the right side of the picture has an orange peel texture.

Also,....an eyebrow hair is intentionally pulled downward to create the illusion of reality on the fake side.
