'Captain America'

I'm really not liking the look of things with picture #2.

If they mess up Captain America it'll be a crying shame considering how well they did with Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk and Thor. They've managed to get so many other charachters perfect as well like Nick Fury and Black Widow.

And now that Joss Whedon is directing the Avengers, well, the man hasn't done anything good in my opinion so I'm rather worried about the whole project.

C.A. was by far one of my more favorite readings while I was sitting in the news stand at lunch during jr high. A toaster oven hot dog, a bag of chips, a bottle of coke, and a C.A. comic ... darn the memories.

I sure hope they don't mess this one up as a "love story" ... :barf:

Übernazis, woooooooooooooo!

Was thinking of the wrong Captain America at first 'though.

There are Many, many people who would disagree with you on that (Myself included) Joss is a comic guy to begin with. He wrote for Marvel for years.

To avoid any other issues... I'll shut up now. But I will point to my avatar and signature line....

I just don't find anything enjoyable in the vast majority of his work. I think possibly the only thing I enjoyed that he has writing credits for was the original "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" movie that was rather witty, but then he managed to ruin that with a rather bland and dull series follow up. Alien Resurrection just wasn't a worthy successor to the trilogy at all and should remain forgotten, Firefly and Serenity were dull, Angel was worse than Buffy, and Dollhouse was absolutely atrocious.
