I managed to get the Captain Sim 707 in their recent sale and after waiting several days and a couple of emails finally got it downloaded.
Now after numerous tries , with the same result , I can't get it installed because I keep getting an 'Error 12. Internal Server Error' notice.
It took a while over the sale period and several days following to be able to log into the customer pages but I can't find anywhere to be able to contact Support to find a solution to this issue.
There was a Notam out in the support pages saying they were away over the holiday period and back on the 5th.
Currently I get this in the support page .....
NOTAM 291208: At times some services may be temporary unavailable.
If so, please try back later. We are sorry for the temporary inconvenience.

• Got boxed (CD/DVD) product?
I still can't get the 707 installed and can't get hold of anyone to find a solution .
