captsim b52: buff gets new night vc lighing

putting finishing touches on captain sim's b52 vc night light scheme. gauges and texture changed to implement red gauges at night per real deal.

Very nice! Will be an excellent update to entice more night flights in the BUFF. If there's one thing I keep hoping for on that VC is for an update to the EVS displays which could utilize GPS and/or HSI symbology. I've heard talk about it but nothing since 3 or so years ago.

"The Last Laugh" is probably my favourite paint, mainly because it's the B-52 I saw at the 2015 Avalon Airshow, and only the second BUFF I have seen IRL. Had a great up close view of it too, under the wings etc. They are pretty big wings!
