Just watched the recent Dev Livestream from MS and Asobo. Did I hear Jorg correctly that they are making a Caravelle? Seemed like it was going to be a default a/c for MSFS 2024 but he's not happy with it so it will not appear until next year?
 
I saw that, I think its going to be Famous Flyer #11. I think he was hoping it would be out in time for the Paris Olympics, just as they originally wanted the 707 (Famous Flyer #10) to be out for July 4th week, but schedules slipped.
 
Ohhh dear. I've come to the conclusion that anything labelled Famous Flyer or Local Legend is MSFS Marketplace code for Bargain Bin. Caveat Emptor.
 
The Caravelle is being done by Aeroplane Heaven.

There are plenty of awesome Famous Flyers and Local Legends. And some duds.

Caravelle won’t be Fenix/PMDG-level. But I bet it’ll deliver an interesting flying experience for historical aircraft fans for a mere $10-15.
