Carenado CT182T Issue

Wondering if anyone here can replicate this, since Carenado claims they cannot.

I recently purchased the CT182T (Carenado's Cessna 182 Turbo with a G1000) and cannot get the inner knob on the lower right of the Multi-Function Display (moving map) to work in the VC - only the larger/outer knob.
See the below for a picture of the issue:

Not sure about this plane, but you usually need to press the smaller knob inward for it to work. Try right or left clicking it to see if it can be pushed in and then try to tune it.

I'm familiar with the real thing, and on that note, there are no actual clickspots that function to push the knob inward or outward, or rotate it.
