Carenado Dornier 228 lights issue

Roger

Anyone know how to get all of the external lighting to work? Nav, strobe and beacon lights do not respond to the overhead switches?

Depends.

I don't recall any issues. I'm using FSXA.

There are a couple posts on the Unofficial Carenado forum that indicate some issues with DX10 and P3D.

It's been awhile since I've flown mine, so I'll take a look later today and see if there is any master lighting switch that's needed.

um...maybe

Did you try going into the aircraft cfg file and seeing if there are lights listed for the aircraft?

The lights are modeled and are not separate effect files.

I just completed a night flight into KBFI, and all my lights function just fine.

Thanks WH. I'll have to look deeper to find the issue. It almost feels like the lights effects file that the model calls for is missing.
