Carriers shaking/jittering in AICarriers

Hello all,

Having a problem on my new install that I never had on my older, slower install. Initially thought it was just one or two aircraft, but I've not determined it's all of them, on any boat.

On a carrier, when stopped, aircraft sit fine, with no movement. But when the boat begins to steam, there is a really annoying "jittering" fwd/aft. Hard to tell if it's the plane jittering back and forth, or the carrier. It's with Javier's, all the Flying Stations, and RFN carriers, and any combination of said boats and F/A-18, S-3, Bucc, and Harrier - esp the latter.

Anyone experienced this? I'm on FSX Accell, running a GTX 660 on an i5, 3GB RAM ....

Thanks,

dl

Do you have your frame rate set to unlimited? I've found that boats sometimes do that when the frame rate fluctuates wildly.

Concur.. I find this happens on most if not all carriers. Pull your framerate back down to 30fps for carrier ops and the jittering will stop;)

Solved!

Thanks - my old pc was pegged to 30 because it was old - the new one was pegged to 60 - but now at 30, the jitters are done.

Much appreciate the help.
