Thanks for the heads up, noddy

I purchased it for MSFS 2020 using the Contrail desktop APP.
It is a little bit convoluted going back and forth between the installation and uninstallation process, but those who may have purchased it this way, maybe these screenshots will help.

First install the aircraft into MSFS 2024 using the drop-down box and make sure you are on the "My Products" section on the left side of the page.

....... click install below ....

... once it's installed, now go back and in reverse order use the drop-down box to select "MSFS2020" and be sure you are on the "MY Products" section on the left side of the page.

This morning I've started to convert my repaints to the new '2024 model, along with making the same edits to the model .xml file as I did with my '2020 versions. All of the textures have to be recompiled in the new KTX2 format, but fortunately I'm able to do this in batches.

Two done, seven more to go, and then I'll submit them all as '2024 updates on Flightsim.to

I have the 2024 CAS J-3 flying.
More liveries would be welcome.
Need to work through the small checklist that is located left hand side of pilots seat & had to reset the engine as on 2nd start, plumes of black smoke were emitted. Not sure why.
Good flyer though, & the basic keyboard AP works.

Highly appreciated, John ! Thank you ! :encouragement:

I had not opened my Contrail app in months, so there were a lot of updates in it. Ater the app itself updated, it automatically uninstalled, updated, and reinstalled my 2020 copy of the Cub. Then, after pointing the app to my 2024 community folder, the app installed all my upgraded products after clicking on them.

Thank you for your updated liveries, John.

Great photos...

Although I really did think that you had Jeremy Clarkson in the second to last screenshot!

Keith.

Yes indeed, there is a resemblance although i think he'd rather travel from Saigon to Hanoi on a Vespa scooter in the pouring rain with a bucket on his head then even come near "that fabric deathtrap"... ;-)
