Cera Sim Blackhawk Torque Issue

I purchased this Helicopter this weekend, and it looks awesome.

I have one major problem, in both FSX and P3D the moment I lift the Collective the right pedal immediately depresses fully throwing the a/c into a hard yawing turn and never lifts off the ground.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so how did you solve it?

Really looking forward to flying this beauty, in the mean time I am enjoying looking around the VC and cabin with Oculus.

Mine did this until I opened the system panel, clicked "cold and dark", and then full engine start or whatever.

After that it flew fine.
