Cessna 172: A question for jankees...

Stearman

SOH-CM-2023
...because I think jankees is our repaint guru, but it goes without saying I'd much appreciate anyone else's opinion too.

Many published liveries for the stock Cessna 172 are for the G1000 version only, probably because not everybody (not even the author, perhaps) has the Deluxe or Premium Deluxe version of MSFS, and therefore they don't have the Cessna 172 Classic. Since I use almost exclusively this latter one, that's a problem to me. So the question is:

Do you think the versions of a specific livery for the Cessna 172 G1000 and the Cessna 172 Classic are really different?

I'm asking because I'd say both aircraft are externally identical, so the only difference (I suspect) might be a single parameter hidden in some cfg file or something. What do you think?

Thanks in advance, best regards.
