Cessna 172 floatplane - Various fixes added to original release

Note: This package was modified by the SOH librarian on 14 January, 2021 to include the following fix: FSX/P3Dv4,V5 native Cessna 172floatplane_floatfix

This fixes the water rudder not showing in the original model. Just replace the mdl file by this one. Fix by A.F. Scrub.
