Cessna 210 Glass cockpit

I have come accoss that a company that has done a glass cockpit in a C210. is there anyway to do this to the carenado c210
A 2d cockpit would be doable with the permission of the folks at Carenado, but that would leave the VC undone as you'd have to have their source codes to even begin and they're not going to release those. . .so the answer would be "probably not".

I was seeing what people thought of the aircraft.
Ok, then I'm a bit confused. In your opening post you ask if it's possible to do an all glass cockpit for the 210 which I answered. . . .where did you ask what people thought of the airplane?:isadizzy:

I guess i was half asleep at the time. Been busy working all hours of the day and night.

Ok the Fs question has been answered ...so I'll give you my 2 cents on the real airplane upgrade.
IF you really love your current airplane and could not possibly bear to sell it for any of the modern "All Glass and Plastic" machines AND fly hard IFR a lot.
And I mean really a lot then that upgrade probably does make sense.

We have put quite a lot into our 1982 PA32-301 to make her a competent IFR platform in today's system. But even given a free pass at a full glass Garmin or Avidyne probably would have opted to stick with some steam gauges.

There are other options I think that are less intrusive and do not change the character of the airplane as much as this one did.
Personally while I absolutely agree with the superior "readability" of the glass since it really does take just one look to get a very complete picture, I think they all look like......cr. . . p. Bland and as a Piper pilot I hate to admit it...their new glass models are the worst offenders.

In the end this has to be one very well loved T210. I would not have done it.
