I have been busy creating separate CFS2 theaters, and with my MTO theater I have ran in to a familiar issue. Too many ObjectsDB. I found that I could get away with around 2330 before CFS2 just completely locks up on me. But I've found an interesting thing.
With my MTO (and ETO) installs the largest number of objects have been dedicated to the mega railway pack that Rami used for major areas around Amsterdam, and in my case for MTO, Rome. Without these objects installed, CFS2 just gives me a cascade of error issues. But I removed the railway DB files from the ObjectDB files to see if it would help with CFS2 locking up on me. What I found was not only did this solve the issue of CFS2 not locking up on me for exceeding a ton of objectDB files, but when I launched around Rome, I didn't see the cascade of missing object alerts.
Now I haven't looked to closely to see if CFS2 is rendering these railways, but Rome didn't look too none worse of the wear for missing them. I also think CFS2 didn't throw a fit over missing them because the railways objects are still in the SceneDB INF folder.
Does anyone else have any further insight in to what is going on? Now I'm going to get back to adding in some P-40s. Then it's on to 110s, 109s and Ju-88s.
