CFS2 conversion pack of Swingman' ST-A Ryan

I uploaded today a complete CFS2 pack of the ST-A Ryan made by Swingman for FS 2004.

This pack includes mdl, air, config, dp and sound files;2d panels (and gauges) matching the VC panels; textures by Swingman converted to CFS2 formats and the CFS2 PT-20 USAAC Ryan repaint by F de Bressy.
SWingman kindly gave me the permission to upload this complete CFS2 pack of his 3 STA models

Wow! That was quite a project. You've got many hours into it I'm sure and I'm also sure that we'll get many hours out of it!

I upload today a complete pack of a CFS2 KNIL STM-2 Ryan.
This pack is based on my former SWingman STA FS9 conversion pack for CFS2.
SWingman kindly gave me the permission to convert his birds, to make new versions, and to upload them at SOH.

The textures of this STM-2 Knil version are based on pict founded on the net.
I made a special 2D panel for this bird, matching the outside colors. With this panel you can choose to fly with or without a passenger (by hiting the nb 5 key or open/close the window04 view in the "view/panel menu)

Follow this link to get the aircraft here at SOH : CFS2_Ryan_STM-2_Knil.zip

The KNIL textures are made for CFS2, so the shine effect (alpha channel) was removed from the original FS2004 textures and they are saved in extended 16 bits 555 format

If you want to use them in FS2004 and get the shine effect, you must add the original alpha channels to each texture and save them in DTX3 format (usint DTXBMP utility by Martin Wright)

Thank you very much! Adding alphas took about 5 additional minutes and its a real beauty.
By the way, i dont have cfs2 and dont know how it works, but for altimeter in vc i use "ww2usa!Altimeter" gauge which doesn't have ugly wheel underneath.

Hi Beepee, i noticed that you use reversed "m4_T.bmp" texture, are there any reasons for this? Im not complaining, your textures are avesome and even neanderthal like me can do little edit with paint, im just curious.

You are right, I made a mistake when I uploaded the Knil65 repaint. I notice that on yesterday and did not have the time to upload the revised skin yet
