CFS3 does not load in windows 11

Hi. been out of cfs3 for a number of years. Awhile back i came across a tread that helped. But being me old and not to bright i did something wrong and now after many attempts can not get it installed. the tread said something about making a copy of install and renaming it and then coping it back into cfs3 folder. Any help would be great. Love cfs3.
 
Just as a matter of interest, what are you using to install CFS3, disc, or download from on line? You might want to check here if you can use Daiwilletti's updated version, I forget if the exe file is included.
