CFS3 EtO Crash Problem

My ETO Expansion (currently 1.40 with hotfix) starts and toggles menus fine. After takeoff on and been flying for a minute or two the entire program suddenly closes down. I also get the CFS3 did not shut down properly the last time it was used when I restart the program. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

I had that happen a long time ago, and it was eventually resolved with a video driver update.

I updated my NVIDIA drivers and it seems to have helped, but it still shut down after my second warp in flight.
