CFS3 - Is Mouse Look Possible?

Members +
Greetings.

Is there a way to incorporate mouse-looking in CFS3?

Recently installed the retail version of CFS3 (disk) and patched. Went in vanilla and was annoyed to discover there is no mouse look function in the sim. Baffling that feature is not available in CFS3 (I use it in FSX, IL-2, etc).

If I can't look around with the mouse then there is no point in continuing with CFS3, despite the apparent quality of third-party mods.

Thanks in advance for replies and help.

If you install Ankor's February 2025 Release shaders, there should be an option to activate mouse look (one of those third party mods - and one of the most important mods you can install). Don't use it myself, as using a head tracker allows me to keep my hands on throttle and stick.

See https://sim-outhouse.org/sohforums/resources/categories/cfs-3-effects.157/ (comes in six parts!)
Thanks. I already downloaded Ankor's Shaders though haven't installed them yet. Wanted to be sure I could get mouse-look first, before teasing myself with anything that improved CFS3 otherwise. Very nice that AS fixes that problem as well.

Will install and see what happens.

Thanks.
