CFS3 won't load in Windows 11

Hi. been out of cfs3 for a number of years.CFS3 will not load. A few weeks ago i came across a tread that got it to work for me. but since i'm old and forgetful i can not find it. it said to make a copy of cfs3 and rename it and then copy it and put it in cfs3 folder. tried that many times with no luck. Just wondering if any one can help.
