Dear 'non-fixed-wing' friends!

Reading OBIO's posting about fiddling the S-55 flight dynamics to Paul Bradshaw's S-58 reminded me of having an other S-58 in my hangar.
This one only seems to be available at this site:
http://www.flightsimkid.be/pages/mijn_eerste_pagina.html

Up to now, there's just a belgian an a dutch livery.

After being successful in merging the S-55 dynamics (and of course OBIO's sound pack) with the contact points and light section of this S-58, I'm about to try a German Navy SAR repaint on this.

Will report later on...

Cheers,
Markus.

Aw, a two-headed up is much better than no headed-up... thanks for getting this jewel back into the spotlight...:applause:

Looking at Willy's projects, there are more to come...:ernae:

The only downside to the S-58 is that the VC is lacking working gauges...the external modeling is superb. And with the flight dynamics from the S-55 in place, the helo is a superb flyer.

Argh.
Just found out that pointy31 already did a HU on this belgian chopper.
Sorry, my bad... :faint:

I'm one up on ya. First off..I don't know a thing about helicopters. Well, I lied. I know how to crash a whole bunch.

Second, I downloaded the CH34 and installed OBIOs sound works and config file in it. Then I remembered something about him trying to remove the green. Well, I saw the green he was talking about (I thought) That's when I went looking for repaints that may have already been fixed (the green) I found one.

I was SO excited that I'd be helping OBIO out that I PMd him and gave him the good news, AND the link to the repaint.

OBIO quickly replied back. He told me............ that he was working on the S-55:173go1:  :pop4: :faint::isadizzy:

TGIF :friday:

Beat that!!!:focus:
