• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

I'd like to meet the meathead that had the nerve to change my profile. They took away my airplane, took away my age, (86)which I worked hard to get and plastered a commercial "Pay Pal" ad. I hate advertising, especially when they tie my name to it. I do not endorse Pay Pal nor Cheerioats or anything else that comes down the pike.
So who ever you is - put things back where they belong. You want money, I've always been good for some. But why the stupid, unwanted commercials? Hell, I'll give you $25 just to get rid of Pay Pal sign.

The "meathead" in this culprit was a bad update for VBulliten which wiped out virtually the entire forums, which had to be painstakingly reconstructed from an empty table, using a previous version of the software. Everything was lost, including attachments and profiles. If you want to restore it to its previous glory, follow these steps...

I'll hold my tongue about the tone of this thread, because I can understand your frustration, to a point. There was no malice involved to remove it, though. Please understand that.
 
Hmmm.... not there yet.

Nearly all I selected is displayed except for my age no matter how I change my settings. How will anybody know I'm entitled to a Senior Discount?? :frown-new: LOL

He He He, I got a kick out of this one because Mass was mentioned. Be careful Helldiver, there have been more then a few who have gone off on a rant who ended up in the marshes between Revere and Saugus. :love-struck:

I'm bound to say, Paul, your new avatar is an improvement on the last, which is more than I can say about mine. And I think "meatheads" is one of the terms Ickie or CK might use about the forum software writers...
