Changing mission 'whatif' to, say, 'Other'

So I can go into uires and find the sign, but would that be all that I have to change? I assume I would change the name in the missions folder, but I assume it won't be that easy. I know Clive changed names in his BoB??

James - the file you need is 'dlgmistypes.xml' in the 'dialogs' folder. I think that this only affects the QC screen, you may need to play around with some of the other lines, but this basically works.
