• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Re: Same

That's a good question wonder how you do a go-round there, Reminds me of the flight from Honolulu to Kauai,
your barely in the air before you have to land again. And that landing is just as fun. :icon_lol:

Neat thanks. Visions of Kai Tak. I'll have to check out the FS version and see if I have another testing area.

Well on my machine the field is in one of those deep depressions, real deep, caused by an addon mesh I presume. Have to see what can be done about that.:frown:

Re: Same

hehe its sort of like the Toncontin approach

I wouldn't want to be that close, those people on the hill. We had a kid here at Love field who was riding his
bicycle on the runway and got himself beheaded. It may have been a motorcycle, either way he was at the wrong place.

That is a fun airport to fly into even in FS. There is some freeware scenery for it that dresses the place up a bit from default. Make sure you have a flight track plotted for reference so you don't get lost in the mountains.
