All three top positions are starting light, wonder if they can distance themselves from the back markers for early pit stops? Of the three, I'd say Alonzo has the best chance of doing that.

I am bipassing the NASCAR Phoenix race this evening and going to bed early in order to get up and see the Chinese F-1 race.

After all, why waste my time and countless commercials just to see another Hendricks car win a race.

Caz,

I been DVR'ing the F1 races and watching Sunday after church. It's sure different than NASCAR.

Who knows Jeff Burton or Clint Bowyer may win tonight!!!:woot: I wouldn't be too sad if Mark Martin won, even if he is in a Hendrick car.

Kevin

Kyle Busch even, anybody but a gosh-darn Hendricks. Ed is LOL!

SPEED will replay the event tomorrow afternoon, but if it does not rain, I shall be taking in the sunshine.

Heck, I may turn it on and turn the sound down low, it'll be a sure way to anesthetize me after a day with a 3 mile walk, two and a half hours mowing my weeds, and a 20 mile bike ride!

Caz

Hey All,

LOL!

Yeah I'll keep track of it but I have to admit Phoenix isn't one of my favorite races. Hendrick has a good chance but then so does Denny. Course I'll be cheering Jimmie on...

I guess F1 is just fortunate Hendrick doesn't run cars there. LOL!

-Ed-

PS Go Toyota! Man it's wierd cheering for Toyota when I'm a Nissan guy. Wonder why Nissan has never messed with open wheel cars much - if at all?

Maybe because Renault owns Nissan...

Great job by RBR today! :applause:

Buemi made a good season start so far, still no points for Ferrari after three races, BMW having serious issues with the car, KERS and the tyres; at least their car's strong and reliable.

Shame about Sutil though, would have been good to see Force India score a few points.

Hendrick cars in F1????
:173go1:
They have right and left turns in F1 Ed.
Nissan have always been a GRC/IMSA and WRC oriented comany, way before Renault.

My heavy eye lids just made it to the end of the delayed telecast race in the small hours this morning. Good to see some other drivers/manufacturers getting amongst the points.
