Clash of the Titans

Today, while Deb, her mom and sisters were at the Columbus Zoo, I went to the movies with my father-in-law, my brother-in-law and his dad. Clash of the Titans...on the big big screen. Didn't see it in 3D as our local yocal theaters only have the 3D for the first week of the movie. Still, even in 2D the movie was pretty darn good. The effects were awesome, the sound....I really need a sound system like that for my flight sim! The acting was pretty solid, story line was good. If you haven't seen the movie yet...see it!

May 7th the theater starts showing Iron Man 2 in 3D. Haven't seen the first one yet...but we have plans to go see the new one in 3D!

Haven't seen Titans yet, it had mixed reviews from friends that saw it, but I will be getting it on DVD. You NEED to see Ironman 1 first, it is a great flick. I am trying not to have high hopes for IM2 though, the whole Mickey Rourke character kinda turns me off, but we'll see.

Personally, I am desperately waiting till 2014 for Avatar2, LOL.
 
Saw the original Clash of the Titans many years ago. haven't seen the new one but interestingly enough my understanding is that it was shot "flat" and converted to 3D in post production because of the sucess of Avatar which was shot in 3D from the very start.

Yes it was converted to 3D,I read all about.

I liked the original "Clash of the Titans " much better.It had a better story than the new on IMO.
