Heya guys,

We've just released the Klemm L25 at our website.
Head over to https://www.classics-hangar.de to get your copy.

I'm on FS2024 only, but I'll probably buy anyway. I read that it's compatible in free flight with some potential issues. Is there a good place to see what I might expect in FS2024? Edit: Bought it. I don't even care. You deserve it for all this hard work! I won't complain about any FS2024 bugs until that version is ready, promise. Unless you need feedback for 2024, in which case let me know.

Thanks guys!

@LostPilot
The only issues I've noticed so far in FS24 are too dark position lights, missing pilot and a lag in playing the handpump sounds (plays only every other handpump cycle, depending on your PC's workload).
Both should be fixed with upcoming FS24 patches since similar issues have allready been discussed at the Asobo dev board.
Also, the comp textures do look a tad bit different than in FS2020.

Should you see any other issues in FS24 I'd love to hear about them.

I'll refrain from using it in 2024 then, which isn't a biggie. 2020 is still my main sim.

And sorry, didn't see that post 4... Saw that it was released and wanted to give this the attention it deserves.

So far, I'm really happy with how it flies, looks and sounds in FS2024. Have seen a few minor things, but all in all, I have zero regrets buying it for the new sim! Amazing work.

Just flew it in VR in FS2024 and it's stunning. Absolutely beautiful job on the physical and flight modeling, Mathias, and I appreciate all of the info in the manual as well.

No real issues in 2024, other than the missing pilot, which hopefully Asobo will fix soon.

Thank you so much, Mathias. The modelling and texture work is superb. And the flightmodel and sounds really make it easy to fly from the guts, just by feeling, especially with the minimalistic instrumentation it offers. Having a professional relation to wood products and woodwork I can really appreciate the level of detail you put into the wood construction and surfaces. A true piece of art.

And no, it doesn´t like crosswind situations

Regards and a happy New Year!
Alex

I bought this and am using it in FS2024. Just setting out on something close to the route of the Challenge International de Tourisme 1929. Should be a fun trip, in which L25s did actually take part.

Absolutely in love with this model, it looks amazing and flies beautifully. Only 2 quirks so far, the idle is set too low, so if you close the throttle the engine stops, and there's a click-spot on the compass deviation table which activates the fuel shutoff. Really great model though, fantastic value for money. I can't wait to see what else you guys have in store for us!

Challenge International de Tourisme 1929? There is a nice repaint available on fs.to.

Owner was Markus Burkhard, famous Swiss pilot.

And I did some more repaints of this great aircraft. All are just published on fs.to:
