Clear Wheels

Only a guess but it looks a bit like an Alpha channel issue to me.

Could be a problem with the colour black - may need some editing with a Paint program so the tyres are not pure black, then run the saved paint scheme back through DXTBmp and redo the Alpha channel so the tyres are not part of the Alpha Channel.

Otherwise the tyres could be very worn out !!!!!!

As SV says, find the texture that 'paints' the tyre walls, open in DXTBmp (from Martin Wrights home page), save as either dxt3 or 565 type tex, and Bob's your dad's brother!
