Can anybody point me to where I may get a download of the Cloud 9 Phantom?

You can download the full FS9 Phantom pack incl all liveries here: http://www.fsdreamteam.com/products_cloud9.html
Note: FS9 is required to run the installer.
- Run the installer, it will install the full pack as a trial in FS9 (no registration required unless you want to use it longer than 7 minutes in FS9)
- Copy the .\Aircraft\cloud9 Phantom* folders to FSX .\Simobjects\Airplanes
- Download & install the FSX portover kit: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=4&linkid=18478
