SimSkunk Works were the ones who released a Starfighter that was based on the Cloud9 visual model. The rest was their own work, FM, etc. I'm not even sure if the SSW version is still available.
Just checked Amazon and it said currently unavailable. :-( Guess I'll just have to wait for SSW's Gina (which no doubt will be worth it).Josh,
If your looking for the Gina unfortunately you won't find it on Cloud9 site, here.
It was made before Cloud9 became cloud9, when they were published by Lago. There is no longer a Lago site. But you can maybe find there stuff on Disc on Amazon, search for Lago Military Fighters. It includes the Gina, Mig-21 and the MB339(pre Cloud9 version)*. Unavailable at the moment in the UK.
*have no idea what if any difference there is between both versions, I only have the Lago offering.
If you do manage to find it, try and google for the update (cloud9_G91_SP2.zip) they had on their now defunct forums for the Gina. It added the two seater.
Once again I forgot to check which forum I'm posting in! (I use many FS9 planes in FSX so I'm always all over the place!)@ josh, i use fs2004 hence why im posting here. And ian I don't believe they are at all
And you can still buy some old cloud 9 stuff on their site
Holy cow! Where did you find a Cloud 9 product? I thought they were defunct. (I would like their Fiat F.91!) Obviously I can't speak for it, but I can vouch for CaptainSim's Legendary F-104. I don't know what you run, but it's made for FS9 but works great in FSX and includes the only two seater I know of. You have to fly it from the back seat though as there is no panel in the front. (Make landings very interesting!) If you run FSX I highly recommend the Sim Skunk Works F-104G or S. There is a small learning curve for that one, but it was supposedly tested by actual Italian Air Force Starfighter pilots and they approved. It does fly and sound great!
