Clouds being painted as I fly

I am seeing an effect where individual clouds are being painted into the scene in the distance. I think this has to do with me setting cloud clip or some other setting that I thought would help save a few FPS. Any ideas as to which item I need to uncheck to get rid of this issue?
 
Hi,

try deselect CLOUD CULL option in DX10Fixer (I'm not sure but then there is a chance to a bit lower performance - however it also depends on your hardware and system configuration...also FSX/Inspector/CFG settings).
Just try turn off oprion I mentioned above and you will see...
