CoastalCommandLancaster Skin on FP Lancaster in ETO

I was able to Skin the FP Lancaster and load it ETO. The aircraft has the skin of Coastal Command.

The exception is the "Tailwheel,' it has no colour at all !

I copied the shared file from the Aircraft folder in my CFS MOD. Making sure so files were overwritten in the ETO Aircraft shared folder.

If nothing can be done about it? I can live with in
 
No, the tailwheel takes its colour from somewhere on the very edge of the lower fuselage area, or at least, the original Lanc did. They've updated it since I did my skins, and that may have changed. When I did a Tiger Force one, it had a white strip across the top of the wheel... It's a pity when such a potentially good model is marred by the inability to finish the details correctly. There was trouble with the mos file, too - it didn't work, and wasn't set up correctly. If I remember rightly, they just threw the Spitfire one in or something. Anyway, it wasn't good enough. There were other things. If you want the mos file, go and download one of my Lancaster skins. They aren't much good as I did them years ago, but you might find some use for some of the package!
 
Thank You. I will take a look at some of your other Lancaster skins. I have to admit my favourite aircraft is the "LiberatorGRVI." It is my only success using the Hex Editor.

rcaf......do read the read me on the subject...the typica changes are supplied with my and moongooses bf110s....Moon wrote em and i find em excellent....and i am quite noobish in these matters...and probs feel free to pm me m8...
