Colorado Search and Rescue Missions

Hi Folks,

Anybody fly the 'Fs2002 Search and Rescue' missions in Colorado [available in the Simviation Fs2002 Scenery library -page 22].

I've tried all three flights but come up with a blank every time. The authors E-mail address doesn't exist anymore, so I can't plead for any more clues.

It's a great way of appreciating the Colorado scenery, but I would really like to find those planes. :kilroy:

Fix and Related scenery files!

Did you also get the fix and the 13MB Related scenery file on page 21 at Simviaiton? It does make it easier to find the aircraft. Take care.

Thanks for the reply Ed,

I have the files you mentioned also installed - but the 'Colorado search and rescue' file on page 22 is a 'stand alone' package.

I have tried all 3 flights but no luck whatsoever in finding the wrecks. The author states in his 'read-me' that he has deliberately given only very vague clues as to the location of the crashed aircraft- you can say that again !:mixedsmi:

Anyway it's been a good excuse to roll out Milton Shupe's Aero Commander.

Regards to all from a snowy northern England,:kilroy:
