Columbia River Gorge

I'm in the process of installing Holger Sandmann's scenery (just bought Misty) but need the fix for Ultimate Terrain and it's no longer available at Flightsim or Avsim. The file name is utusacrg.zip. If anyone has this and can send it to me I'd appreciate it. Or let me know where I can download it.

good point. I've uploaded the CRG UT upgrade to my server, the download URL is http://www.hsandmann.com/files/CRG_FS9/utusacrg.zip

In addition I've also uploaded the other CRG files though they are also available at simviation and elsewhere:
