Converting Gmax to FSDS?

Can somebody please remind me of what tools I need to transfer a Gmax file to FSDS?

I have a file I have imported into Gmax, but I have never been able to get the hang of it before, and this time is no better!! I'm still getting to grips with FSDS, but I'm more likely to get a decent result there.
