Apologies for the cross-post from the FS9 forum - but this is SUCH a nice couple of packages, that I figured the folks here would like to know about it. Bjoern, you'll want to be all over this ... :wavey:

Borrowing FB's excellent screens ....

I tried both bases, flying circuites for approx an hour or so at each - spectacular. No issues with trees or other bits that sometimes don't port over. I found Cottbus a bit heavier on FPS than I'd have liked, but Peenemunde, notwithstanding all that detail, was excellent. FPS went from normal 25 to approx 18. On rig as old as mine, I accept that.

Thanks to the authors for a great couple of sceneries. :guinness::guinness:

Enjoy.

Rule #1: No portover sceneries.
I've made unpleasant experiences with sceneries imported from FS9.

Peenemünde popped up as a beta on ddr-flugzeuge.de a few weeks ago. Just had a look at the models to see if I could give them a real conversion.

Might try to do a quick and "dirty" conversion in ModelConverterX and ADE9X respectively, but I think it'll be more of a bugfest than a viable alternative.

We'll see.

Thx for the h/u nonetheless.
