• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

interesting and intimidating bullets, out of my imagination and reloaders handbooks.

Gen. George Washington Ordered his troops to load "Buck And Ball. The Paper Cartridges were rolled up with a 69 ca. lead ball, and three Buck shot..black powder..These were ramrodded down the Flint lock Musket. Each solider made a number of them and put them in his Cartridge Box.The Effects of Mass Firing against Troops in line was devastating....I shoot flint locks and Cap locks... I have made these Cartridges..Ya have to bite the tip off..Resulting in a black face...The smoke made was sulfuric..and burned yer eyes...Many solders Firing at once, left a cloud of smoke that no one can see thru...War always Hell..anything that gets into you will and can kill ya...So Keep Yer Powder dry,no Flash in yer pan, When all fails?? The Bayonet and Yer Hawk, finished the job!
